Dr. Emile Mbungu-Kala is a cybersecurity expert, Associate Professor, author, researcher, and strategic advisor with extensive experience supporting governments and organizations in addressing complex digital and security challenges. He holds a PhD in Business and Management with a specialization in Cybersecurity, a Master’s degree in IT Security Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Technology.

He has built a distinguished career as a cybersecurity consultant, government advisor, and academic, with a focus on national cybersecurity strategy, digital governance, institutional modernization, and cyber capacity development.
